Interested yet? Many people wonder if they may be able to be hypnotized.  In fact, you are in states of hypnosis throughout the day.  The first few moments of waking and the last few moments before going to sleep are the most common.  Many times people drive to a destination only to find that they don't remember the drive.  The drive was sucessful, there were no accidents, and everyone arrived safely.  The driver was in a state of road-induced hypnosis, commonly called Highway Hypnosis.  Much like Highway Hypnosis, when an individual is in a state of hypnosis, you are still alert and able to make concious decisions.  In the FAQ section of this site, I go over many myths about what hypnosis is and the many mis-conceptions. **** I am not a medical doctor.  I do not diagnose or treat illness.  I can only help change particular thought patterns with the aid of hypnosis.****

This is a link to a newsweek article describing how hypnosis can help with multiple issues many face today.
